Snarkly allows users to paste text from social media posts, messages, or online discussions in order to generate replies. Because the content provided by users may originate from external sources and public platforms, Snarkly cannot guarantee that all referenced material will be suitable for children under 13. Users are responsible for the content they submit and how generated responses are used.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise usage by minors and review the app’s features before allowing access. Snarkly does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and is designed to comply with applicable child privacy and content guidelines.
